Arumbugal conducted a one-day training session on Participatory Rural Appraisal and Micro-planning theory for 50 Master of Social Work (MSW) students from St. Xavier College, Palayamkottai.
Arumbugal organized six Animator Representatives Training sessions for Women Self-Help Group members. A total of 165 participants received training in leadership, communication and accounts maintenance skills for 5 days.
Arumbugal, In partnership with Bosch India LTD IN Kangaikondan, provided entrepreneurial skills training to 15 Kani tribes from the papanasam forest range. The training, conducted at our Arumbugal Training Center, focused on herbal soap making, coconut shell handicrafts and fruit halwa production over a span of 3 days.
Arumbugal in collaboration and support with Kalakad Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve in Tirunelveli, conducted cultural awareness programs on Human-Animal conflict and Forest Fire in 50 villages within the Kalakad Sanctuary.
Arumbugal has been able to fulfill its long – held desire of constructing a new structure at Aachimadam Village, Tiruchendur Main Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli from August 2023.
